I had a bulging disc and hung off the stairs and now I am good
Return to monke is not bad i think
In Indian culture, we consider books holy, so we never ever step on books. or let our feet touch books. This video made me uncomfortable because of that. but to each their own.
Yoga, pilates, natural movement
That’s gonna be me… jumping rope line you demo’d🤣🤣🤣-it’s been a long time since I’ve jumped rope.. I feel like I got one somewhere 😊

What a good idea.
Been doing stuff like this for months now, really has help wake up the stiff joints, thanks Josh!
8:15 rockin the storror shorts! been wanting to get a pair from them for a while
Instructions unclear, dead
What pants are you wearing in the intro? The baggy green/black joggers
🥰😍
flat shoes.....hmmm, what about high arches? I find flat feet gives hip, lower back and leg pain. do I need to build my ankle flexibility and strength? appreciate guidance...very interesting video
My Korean mother raised us half-asian girls with floor squats. I remember her making kimchi in this huge metal pot on the floor in what we dubbed the "kimchi squat". Even at 65 years old, this lady is still as flexible as she can be. It's TOTALLY healthy for you and your soul.
No
Haven't got a pole hanging from my roof
It’s unrealistic to think you can do this whole video without putting your arms down, especially if you haven’t exercised in a while so my thinking is do it till it hurts and then put your arms down and do it when you’re ready to go again. I’m not in my 20s, so I give my personal self permission to work on it slowly and build up.
I have hip scolios Thanks.
💯
I’m all for this. Totally agree and can’t wait to expand on it. I will look like douche though…
The monkey bars definitely are tough, did the Spartan race yesterday for my second time. But those monkey bars definitely kill me... 🐒🐵
Im not an adult yet but i feel pretty confident on the monkey bar thing, exept jumping from one to other, and i can roll fairly well
Good advice
I love how you interact w/ the audience 😅😅 Keep doing great things Trevor!
thank you Strength Side!

bet bout to hang myself rn
I thought your feet were disconnected from your body for a second, your socks are the same colour as the concrete hahaha
Just found you and tried doing this. When I squat my back arches and i lean forward. Tried this but... When i lean over front ankle it pulls thigh of front leg and calf. When i try and sit back it HURTS the back knee where it tou hes floor and ankle wont stay flat?
Great vid - the crap elevator music kills it. Not sure i can finish watching it. terrible - bummer you seem great 😦😦
Not after 50+. These don't work.
Wait. You are twins? Or am I losing my mind.
Well said. :)
For sure 100%
I would definitely take my gay check proudly 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
what about the height ?
did it actually make you taller
Understood
Skip to 3:30 for the actual stretching
I had to rewind to make sure that spine cracking sound was real 😂😂
I'm sorry, but you're still showing off though I'm sure by mistake. When you have serious hip mobility issues, you can't do these things; you're going to cramp instead! It is better to gently train daily until you open up the hip and work towards these exercises.
I would not have even been able to do this with a weight when I started pt. I do like the support though!! It’s hard to have the awareness needed to do the first exercise when you’ve been compromising with other muscles the whole time.
I think an concern I have about your tube and social media in general is this. It’s so important for you all to make more content consistently but that does mean a quality issue arises where being forced to come up with something to talk about , might mean that you make slight embellished content and click bait titles and pics. But as a consumer it means I am having to deploy suchhhhhh a deep level of discernment to make sure the information I’m getting is accurate. Sigh… it’s not a cut at the creator more at the state of things and this social online world we live in.
This is great way to be fit especially for martial arts keep up the good work
This is a really well-done video.
Your Hot
I'm down to try
Hi man, you have to reveal us your weight and height :D thanks
Awesome, recently started doing martial arts and been practicing yoga, found out how inflexible and stuff I was, now on a mission to be flexible. Great quick video and tips.
